Michael Kehoe

Principal

Mike Kehoe has been an active real estate investor since 2015. A native New Yorker, he grew up in Queens NY, and graduated from Binghamton University with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. Since then, he has built a real estate portfolio in upstate New York and Long Island. Before that, he has held senior computer engineering positions in the consumer retail space. His engineering background brings a disciplined and methodical approach to the underwriting process and oversight of real estate acquisitions in appreciating markets. He believes investing is a team sport, and attributes his successes to the trusted team members and advisors that he surrounds himself with.

Joe Fairless

Advisory Board

Joe Fairless is a full-time real estate investor and now controls over $101,000,000 worth of real estate in Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston and Cincinnati. He has been investing in real estate since 2008. Prior to that, he was the youngest vice president at an award-winning advertising agency in New York City. He is also the host of the extremely popular leading iTunes podcast, Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever, where he has interviewed guests such as Barbara Corcoran and Robert Kiyosaki. He is a strong advocate of GIVING BACK and serves on the Alumni Advisory Board for Texas Tech University and the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement in Cincinnati. Joe is the Author of the Best Real Estate Investing Advice Ever: Volume 1, in which all profits are donated
to Junior Achievement.
